Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Coordinator to oversee the successful delivery of commercial and high-rise residential developments across Dublin.
About the Role:
- Coordinate and monitor construction drawings, specifications, and work requirements.
- Assist in tender submittals and design approval.
- Oversee a portfolio of projects to ensure smooth completion.
- Liaise with the design team to ensure works are completed according to the programme.
- Report to and support senior management to ensure project success.
- Monitor and manage project budget.
- Direct and Manage personnel, site staff, and subcontractors.
- Monitor construction to ensure quality of work.
Requirements:
- Degree in Construction Management or similar is essential.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Contracts Manager with a Main Contractor or Property Developer.
- Proven record of overseeing projects valued over €5M from inception to completion.
- Background in engineering is desirable.
- Excellent IT skills and good digital and visual presentational skills.
