Project Readiness LeadLocation: Limerick, IrelandDuration: 12 monthsHours: 39 hours per week (fully on-site)Imagine your next project as a Project Readiness Lead, working at the forefront of cutting edge work and technology with one of the leading Pharmaceutical companies in the worldroles and responsibilitiesLeads the Project Readiness cross-functional team and manages the development, roll-out, and implementation of all aspects of Project Readiness for large retrofits/new line introductions.Responsible for facilitating and developing cross functional Project Readiness plans, timelines, and resource requirements to ensure successful project delivery including FPO's.Manage Project Readiness deliverables through the cross functional teams for medium to large scale projects involving either new or existing equipmentManage an effective communication chain between Project Readiness team and main Project Leader/SponsorAssist in determining the budget to support requirementsPropose options to Management/Customer/StakeholdersBe able to identify and escalate any risks or roadblocks, including having mitigations in place to ensure delivery of all Project Readiness milestonesUtilize necessary project tools to manage projects successfully, e.g., Microsoft Project, FPX etcAdheres to all JJVC policies and procedures, including but not limited to Safety/Quality/Environmental standardshow to succeedYou will be proactive and able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team. You will have excellent communication skills and will also bring:Essential:5 years' experience in relevant Project Management role, Project Management certification preferred (e.g., FPX)Desirable:Prior experience in a GMP or medical device manufacturing environment5 years Operations or related experiencePrior experience in equipment and process validation activitiesFamiliarity with equipment validation in an FDA environmentDevelop good working relationships across the businessAbility to motivate and lead - must be team orientatedHold a relevant degree or equivalent qualification in production, manufacturing, or mechanical engineering.Ability to work on own initiativeTo be able to demonstrate excellent project management and communication skillsAttention to detailStrong understanding of Vision Care Operations, Engineering and Supply ChainStrong computer skills (network and PC)Good negotiation and communication skillsProven Leadership skillsdetailsThis role offers a very competitive hourly rate.
