Onboarding Specialist – Permanent Role | Dublin 1, Ireland (Onsite).
I am excited to be partnering with a well-established organisation for an experienced Onboarding Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of the entire onboarding function, bring fresh ideas, and shape how the process is run.
You’ll join a supportive HR team but will have full responsibility for onboarding across the business – making this role truly your own.
The Role
* Take full ownership of the onboarding process from start to finish, ensuring new hires have a seamless experience from contract stage to their first day and beyond.
* Manage reference checks and pre-employment screenings in line with company standards and compliance requirements.
* Prepare and issue contracts of employment, working closely with HR, Legal, and Recruitment.
* Act as the main point of contact for onboarding, building strong relationships with hiring managers, HRBPs, and recruiters.
* Continuously review and improve the onboarding process, identifying opportunities to make it more efficient and engaging for new employees.
About You
* Significant experience in managing onboarding processes within a professional, fast-paced environment.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage high-volume hiring cycles (graduates, interns, and professional hires).
* High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
* A proactive problem-solver with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
