Operations Manager Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and drive operational efficiency at a busy restaurant in Cork City.
Main Responsibilities:
* Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
* Staff Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise staff, including bartenders and servers.
* Customer Experience: Ensure high standards of customer service, addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly.
* Financial Management: Monitor and manage budgets, analyze sales reports, and identify areas for cost savings and revenue growth.
* Marketing and Events: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and drive customer traffic.
* Facility Management: Oversee security, maintenance, and cleanliness of the restaurant and bar areas.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field (preferred but not required), minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, and excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
