Job Title: Water Infrastructure Project Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Water Infrastructure Project Coordinator to manage and deliver key water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Development: Develop preliminary designs, design drawings, technical reports, and calculations for water infrastructure projects.
* Client Liaison: Evaluate client specifications, liaise with clients and their representatives, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
* Team Support: Provide support to the Project Manager and collaborate with suppliers to obtain quotations.
* Reporting and Contract Management: Prepare technical submissions, contract programs of work, and monitor project progress against contractual agreements.
* Resource Allocation: Schedule resources and contractors to meet project delivery schedules.
* Quality Control and Assurance: Implement project quality control procedures, maintain site safety files, and conduct site audits.
* Documentation and Administration: Update drawings, generate works packages, and document control for all aspects of the contract.
* Financial Management: Track project finances and compile O&M manuals.
Requirements:
* Relevant degree in a field related to engineering or a related discipline.
* Proven experience in project management, coordination, or a related role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient in MS Office and relevant software applications.
