Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

* Promote Birr Castle Demesne as a unique tourist attraction, identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to align business goals with market trends and visitor data analysis.
* Manage relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners to foster repeat business and referrals.
* Lead and support senior leadership teams in key departments, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3-5 years' experience in general management with a background in sales and business development in the tourism or related industry.
* Proven track record of driving growth, achieving revenue targets, and developing effective sales strategies.
* Excellent commercial and negotiation skills, with ability to present effectively to diverse audiences.
* Strong relationship-building skills, including stakeholder engagement and team management.
* Strategic mindset, with ability to analyze visitor and market data, identify trends, and capitalize on income-generating opportunities.
