Finance Partner Opportunity
A leading organisation based in Laois is seeking a skilled Accountant to join their team on a 14-month contract. This key role will be responsible for supporting the finance operations and aligning systems & processes.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Managing Director, collaborating with stakeholders and Regional Directors to analyse company performance and provide valuable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor weekly revenue results vs budget/forecast.
* Create financial models for scenario planning, profitability, and Capex analysis.
* Analyse data and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Implement new processes within the finance department as part of organisational alignment.
* Develop change management plans to ensure smooth integration.
