Job Title: Construction Site Manager
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Site Manager for a leading construction firm delivering high-profile building and civil engineering projects across Wicklow and the surrounding region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of day-to-day site operations ensuring safety, quality, and programme compliance
* Management of subcontractors and direct labour on site
* Coordination with Project Manager and design team on progress and technical issues
* Maintenance of detailed site records including site diaries, progress photos, and safety paperwork
Requirements:
* 5+ years experience in a Site Management role with a main contractor in Ireland or the UK
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, health & safety, and building regulations
* Proven ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
* Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or similar preferred
* Valid Safe Pass and current site management safety certifications
