Job Description:
Based in our offices in Co. Carlow, we seek a dynamic Quality Management – Business Process Analyst. The successful candidate will manage our quality management system to ensure ISO 9001:2015 compliance, improve processes through reporting and analytics, and oversee internal and external audits. They will also support Corporate & Operational Risk Management and reporting.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and update SOPs, WSIs, forms, and management system documents, ensuring proper distribution based on audit findings.
2. Ensure trade performance qualifications and certifications are current and organized.
3. Develop and deliver training to management to reduce quality issues and promote understanding of quality goals.
4. Provide training on the Quality System, Root Cause Analysis, and QA standards & tools to employees.
5. Analyze data, generate reports, and communicate feedback to support quality objectives aligned with group policies.
6. Review internal audit data and corrective actions to improve processes and procedures.
7. Handle customer complaints, investigations, and prepare related reports and KPIs.
8. Develop audit processes for subcontractor evaluation regarding quality performance and non-conformances.
9. Document current processes, risks, and improvement initiatives.
10. Maintain the Group’s Risk Registers and track treatments.
11. Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or Business; 3-5 years' experience in construction or manufacturing quality assurance is preferred.
* ISO certification experience is advantageous.
* Strong technical learning ability, multitasking, and record-keeping skills.
* Detail-oriented with safety awareness.
* Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Database Management; experience with Power BI.
* Ability to identify trends and make recommendations.
* Effective presentation skills and strong time/resource management.
