What You'll Do
- Lead Enterprise Migrations: Take full ownership of email, calendar, cloud storage (Google Drive → OneDrive/SharePoint), and endpoint device management migrations, ensuring minimal disruption and seamless adoption.
- Drive Identity & Access Integration: Design and implement SSO and identity federation solutions (SAML, OIDC), enabling secure, efficient access across systems.
- Own the Strategy & Execution: Plan, test, and execute migration and integration projects end‑to‑end. Define timelines, risk mitigations, and success metrics.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with IT, security, and business leaders to align technology solutions with organizational goals.
- Produce Executive‑Level Insights: Deliver clear technical documentation, impact assessments, and dashboards that inform C‑suite decisions.
What We're Looking For
- Hands‑on experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365/Exchange Online, including migrations.
- Expertise in SSO/identity federation (AML, OIDC) and directory synchronization (Azure AD, Google Cloud Directory Sync).
- Familiarity with automation via PowerShell, Python, or CLI tools (GAM, Graph API).
- Experience with MDM platforms and device management across Mac/Windows.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2).
- Experience integrating smaller companies into larger enterprise environments.
