Temporary Administrator – Recruitment Support (12 Weeks, Possible Extension)
Location: Knowsley Head Office (Hybrid – Office on Wednesdays)
Salary: £26,000 per annum (pro rata)
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Start Date: ASAP
We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Administrator to provide extra support to our busy team. This is a 12-week temporary assignment with the potential to be extended or become longer term.
About the Role
You’ll play a key role in supporting the recruitment process across a high-volume environment — handling up to 80 vacancies per week. Working on the Talos recruitment system, you’ll ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage recruitment administration across multiple live vacancies.
* Update and maintain applicant records on Talos.
* Support hiring managers with interview coordination and candidate communication.
* Ensure compliance and accuracy in all documentation.
* Assist with general HR and recruitment admin tasks as required.
About You
* 2–3 years’ experience in a recruitment administration or HR support role.
* Confident using applicant tracking systems (ideally Talos).
* Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage a fast-paced workload.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
