We are seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join our team.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and finalising Bill of Costs, maintaining daily Debtor's Report, and negotiating with Defendants/Cost Accountants/Insurers. Additionally, they will prepare Fee Earner Target reports annually for Management, calculate and review commission reports monthly, and issue figures annually to fee earners. They will also complete all EFT payments, deal with banking queries, review bank account balances, and reconcile monthly voluntary payroll deductions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience in Client Accounts, Legal Bookkeeping, and Financial Administration. They will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
