What You'll Be Doing Design, develop and maintain scalable backend systems using Python.
Contribute to front-end functionality using JavaScript (React, Angular or Node.js).
Work on integrations, APIs, and performance optimisation across distributed systems.
Participate in architectural discussions and technology decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, QA and operations.
Ensure secure, efficient and compliant development practices in a regulated environment.

7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Advanced knowledge of Python (backend / data processing / APIs).
Strong experience with JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular or similar).
Familiarity with microservices, cloud environments (AWS, GCP or Azure), and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving, communication and leadership skills.
Experience in financial or enterprise-grade software a strong advantage.
