We are unable to consider applicants outside these locations.Your MissionAs a Staff Product Operations Manager, you will enable product ambition, confidence, and autonomy across SoSafe’s Product Development organisation, while helping teams avoid unnecessary risk and friction. Your role is to ensure that strategy, discovery, delivery, and outcomes stay meaningfully connected as we scale. You will operate as a senior individual contributor, shaping and evolving the product operating practices, rituals, and feedback loops that help teams move fast, make good decisions, and learn continuously. This is not a delivery management or project coordination role.
