Role Overview
We are currently seeking an
experienced Construction HSE Advisor
to support a
live pharmaceutical construction project
in County Tipperary. This is a
night shift, onsite role
, working as part of an established project HSE team.
Reporting to the
Project HSE Manager and Project Director
, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high HSE standards in a highly regulated environment during night operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing and coordinating
multiple contractors
on a busy live site during night shift works
* Reviewing
RAMS, safety documentation and risk assessments
* Conducting
site audits and inspections
to ensure statutory compliance
* Ensuring correct
permit-to-work processes
are followed
* Supporting compliance with
Irish construction health & safety legislation
* Maintaining a proactive HSE presence on site with strong attention to detail
Candidate Requirements
* 10+ years' experience
working in construction
* Experience working on
pharmaceutical or life sciences construction projects
* Strong knowledge of
Irish construction health & safety legislation
* Thorough understanding of the
PSCS role
* Confident communicator with a
proactive and energetic approach
* High attention to detail, particularly in
permitting and compliance
* First Aid certification
would be advantageous
