Your New Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be an integral part of our project management team, ensuring the financial and contractual aspects of our projects are managed effectively. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Preparing and managing project budgets and cost plans
* Conducting cost analysis and risk management
* Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
* Evaluating and negotiating contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
* Monitoring project progress and preparing detailed financial reports
* Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
* Advising on procurement strategy and contractual matters
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
* Strong analytical and numerical skills
* Excellent knowledge of construction costs, contracts, and procurement processes
* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Relevant qualifications in quantity surveying or a related field

Pay: €60,000.00 - €70,000.00 per year
