Monread Fare, Naas, Co. Kildare are now seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual, who is fully flexible and available to work a range of early, late, weekday and weekend shifts. The main function of the role is to ensure that a high level of customer service is delivered to our customers at all times. Our sales assistants are in many ways the face of our business. The job involves interacting with our customers, accepting and processing payments for goods and providing excellent customer service experiences.

YOUR JOB - tasks you will include
These tasks include the following responsibilities:
* Receiving payment by cash, credit-cards, vouchers.
* Computing and recording transactions and ensuring 100% accuracy for all register transactions.
* Cash handling and safe custody of collecting cash.
* Build customer loyalty by providing a great, friendly and professional service; be attentive to customer's needs and aim to exceed customer expectations.
* Adherence to the Cashier Policies and Procedures at all times.
* Food preparation - cooking, serving, slicing, chopping. All things food related will be required of you in the kitchen.
* Delighting our customers - making sure they leave with a smile on their face!
* Organisation - helping out where needed.
* Teamwork - giving 110% is required when you\'re on shift to help each other out!
* Cleaning - our customers expect a spotless, hygienic environment to relax in. You will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness are met!
YOUR PROFILE - knowledge, skills and experience
* Experience - Must have experience working face to face with the public in a customer service role.
* Customer Orientated - Ability to build customer loyalty through providing great friendly and professional service.
* Confident and People Orientated - Have a warm, friendly demeanor and actively take opportunities to be social and interact with customers.
* Hardworking, Conscientious, & Self Motivated - Have a high degree of personal and interpersonal energy at all times. The ability to work under pressure and achieve results.
