We are seeking an ambitious Tax Manager to join our expanding international tax team at this very exciting time.

You will become a key member of the close knit team reporting to the Senior Director of Tax and working with colleagues in the US and around the globe. This role ideally suits someone already at manager level. However, Assistant Tax Managers who are due to be promoted soon will also be considered.

The Role:

1. Become in-house expert on Pillar II regulations and reporting requirements, leading the implementation of software programs to automate the calculation and reporting requirements thereon.
2. Manage the Irish tax compliance process including the preparation of tax returns and supporting calculations.
3. Assist in the preparation of non U.S. current and deferred tax provisions and related disclosures for inclusion in U.S. GAAP quarterly and full year financial statements.
4. Collaborate with international cross-functional finance & non-finance teams, such as legal, corporate finance, investor relations, human resources & operational teams to develop tax efficiencies, assist with commercial projects and provide tax input for mergers and acquisitions.
5. Identify Irish and International opportunities to optimise the group's effective tax rate.
6. Assist in preparation of global transfer pricing documentation, including collaborating with internal and external advisors to prepare the annual transfer pricing reports and memos.

Key Skills & Experience:

1. Chartered Tax Advisor.
2. Qualified accountant (Chartered Accountant or equivalent).
3. Minimum of 3 years PQE in a large corporate tax environment, Big 4, or similar.
4. US GAAP experience a distinct advantage.
5. Well organized with excellent attention to detail.
6. Strong analytical skills and ability to research complex issues.
7. Self-motivated – able to work both individually and as a member of a team.
8. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with all levels of the business.
9. Ability to build effective working relationships with all levels of the business.
10. Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines, including flexibility of schedule as projects dictate.
11. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
