Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Enterprise Risk Manager to play a key role in our risk management framework. This will involve working closely with the Global Head of ERM and other senior stakeholders across the Group.
As an Enterprise Risk Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact our business operations. You will also work on developing action plans to address control gaps and track progress towards their resolution. Additionally, you will contribute to the design implementation monitoring of Group policies risk tolerances and Key Risk Indicators KRIs.
The successful candidate must have experience in enterprise risk management preferably within financial services holding relevant qualifications such as finance accounting or related fields. You should also possess strong analytical skills communication expertise leadership abilities problem-solving aptitude adaptability resilience learning mindset planning organising ability strategic focus entrepreneurship initiative proactivity teamwork accountability self-motivation negotiation drive emotional intelligence creativity resourcefulness calmness decisiveness strength moderation knowledge adequacy cultivation consultation dedication advocacy humility intelligence ethicism individualism praxis transversality,
