Perform site assessments and calculations for accurate project execution. Maintain a clean and organized work site, adhering to safety practices. Assist in training entry-level carpenters and apprentices, as necessary. RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent; completion of relevant carpentry training is a plus. Proven experience as a Carpenter in both commercial and residential settings. Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and safety practices. Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy materials and tools. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. A valid driver's license and flexibility to work at various job locations.
