Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the unit's daily operations, including supervising staff and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the quality of care provided to residents.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Requirements:
* Post-graduate qualification in social care or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a management role within a children's residential service.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
