* We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Customer Service Team Lead to join our team.

The Team Lead will be responsible for:

* Good experience of working in a customer-facing role.

* Intermediate experience of working in a team environment delivering against operational processes.

* Strong leadership and communication skills.

* Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
