ROLE TITLE:
Pop-Up Retail Store Supervisor (Temporary- 9 months)

£13.00 per hour
Responsibilities
Drive sales performance by creating an atmosphere geared to achieving sales and Brand KPI's; empower others to be strategic in their roles and be accountable for results; analyse and review goals to develop strategies to improve performance; maximise opportunities for makeup services.
Ensure staff deliver consistent and excellent customer service; resolve internal and external customer issues and requests in a timely manner.
Utilise CRM to develop customer loyalty programmes for product launches, events and appointments in conjunction with the brand's customer program.
Maintain clear and specific communication when collaborating with others inside and outside of the business.
Qualifications
Strong networking skills in the local area and a track record of implementing Brand internal and external events.
Promotes an environment where people feel encouraged to express their needs and opinions.
Recognises and celebrates success; demonstrates excellent time management, punctuality and grooming; leads by example.
Conducts regular coaching sessions to communicate objectives, set goals and review progress.

Looks for opportunities to develop artist capabilities in artistry and commercial drivers.
Performs thorough and timely staff reviews in accordance with brand guidelines where necessary.
Creates and maintains an atmosphere of open and positive communication, professionalism, and creativity.
Assists the Store Manager with cash loss prevention procedures and security policies.
Prepares and maintains accurate cycle counts and inventory as required.
Follows and implements corporate visual presentation standards and guidelines.
Preserves merchandising, display and counter hygiene standards and guidelines at all times.
Ensures understanding of retail partner and BPerfect security policies; adheres to all company and brand policies and procedures.
Proven experience in managing a team in a fast-paced retail environment (3-5 years preferred).
Strong people management, development, and leadership skills; effective communication to cascade information to teams.
Passion for the beauty industry and its trends.
Experience
Retail sales: 3-5 years (preferred)
