Job Title: Social Care Manager
Our organization is seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to oversee the delivery of high-quality care to young people in a residential setting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the care provided meets company policies and procedures, as well as national regulations.
They will be responsible for managing staff, creating a safe and welcoming environment for the young people, and promoting their overall well-being.
* Bachelor or Master's degree in Social Care, Applied Social Studies, or a related field.
* Full manual driver's license valid in Ireland.
* Relevant management qualification.
* Previous experience in setting up new homes.
* Access to own transport.
* Knowledge of Irish National Standards in Children's Residential Centres.
* Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in a management capacity.
* Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in Social Care working with young people.
