Service Delivery Manager
LSC is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients in our Kinsale office.
About the Role
The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for leading projects, meeting service level agreements, rectifying reliability issues, monitoring progress, tracking key performance indicators, and managing operational activity.
* Main accountability and responsibility for management, delivery, and control of all operational activity.
* Plan, organize, and manage delivery of all services within the operational business area.
* Ensure standards of service detailed in service level agreement, KPIs, and compliance are achieved.
* Manage operational team on site to required specifications including performance.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage operational team on site to required specifications including performance.
* Ensure GMP standards are met and schedules of contractual terms and conditions are achieved.
* Manage all aspects of performance of an assigned group of direct reporting colleagues.
* Point of contact for Human Resource Queries for employees.
Your Skills
* Previous experience working in a GMP environment would be an advantage.
* People management skills including general HR skills in training and managing employee performance.
* Experience managing a team with demonstrated leadership skills.
* Knowledge of process improvement techniques would be an advantage.
