About Our Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Compliance Officer.
This is an ideal role for someone with experience in planning, managing, and executing compliance plans.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing high-risk areas, conducting individual reviews, producing reports, and providing recommendations.
They will also lead the Assurance team, enhance their skills, and improve overall team capability.
In addition, they will advise on design and development, while effectively managing resources to meet targets.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Compliance/Internal Controls/Risk function in an insurance business environment.
* A good working knowledge of all relevant legislation including Consumer Protection Code, Minimum Competency Code, Data Protection Acts, Solvency II, and general legislation.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a pragmatic approach to decision making.
