Role Description
This is a full-time, permanent role for an Area Manager - South (Cork and Kerry region). The Area Manager will be responsible for building and managing relationships with partner organizations, recruiting and training business volunteers, and liaising with educational institutions to deliver impactful programs. They will also oversee program logistics, monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, and manage reports and data associated with program delivery. The role requires strong organizational and leadership skills to ensure efficient execution of goals and objectives aligned with JAI's mission.
Qualifications
Strong skills in relationship building, stakeholder management, and partnership development.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Organizational and project management abilities, with a talent for coordinating multiple activities simultaneously.
Proficiency in administration, reporting, and data management tasks.
Proactive and self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in education, business, or community initiatives is an advantage but not mandatory.
A degree or equivalent qualification in business, education, communications, or a relevant field is beneficial.
