Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet customer needs and have the highest quality through part requirement analysis, definition, and selection.
Key Responsibilities
* Documenting and preparing hazardous chemical waste for transport and disposal with third-party approved suppliers
* Driving on-site equipment appraisal initiatives for process standardization, quality improvement, and H&S developments where identified
* Maintaining real-time SPC systems for electroplating processes
* Responsibility for safety data sheet management for existing chemicals and new chemicals introduced to the site
* Supporting radioisotope gas hermetic seal testing in respect to equipment, safety, and training
* Consulting and working with international divisions
* Driving data and root cause analysis with a view to problem-solving and continuous improvement
* Creating and updating internal product and process documents, in accordance with product requirements
* Supporting other internal departments
* Originating and developing technical advancements and solutions to technical issues, to maintain us as the leader in our industry
* Couching and mentoring engineers/technicians and other personnel as required
