Customer Service Agent
Location: Dublin
We are seeking a Rental Agent to provide excellent customer service and support throughout the rental process.
The successful candidate will manage bookings, coordinate logistics, and maintain accurate records while working closely with internal teams to meet customer needs.
Job Purpose:
To provide excellent customer service and support throughout the rental process, ensuring smooth operations from initial inquiry to return.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with rental inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
Process rental agreements and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
Coordinate delivery and collection of vehicles, liaising with logistics and service teams.
Maintain up-to-date records of rentals, returns, damages, and customer interactions.
Inspect rental items before and after use to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Upsell additional services or products to enhance customer experience.
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or maintenance needs.
Collaborate with the service department to schedule repairs and maintenance.
Liaise with account managers and sales teams to ensure customer requirements are fully understood and met.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in a rental, customer service, or administrative role preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Working Conditions:
