Job Purpose:The purpose of the Clerical Officer Grade III is to carry out administration duties on the wards, including filing, answering phones, monitoring the reception desk and door and carrying out admin duties to support nursing on the ward. The Clerical Officer Grade III will also provide charts from the Library, Library Extension and Annex for up to 6 departments within the Acute Neurosciences, Specialty and Rehabilitation Medicine Directorate. The Clerical Officer Grade III will ensure that all charts are provided and tracked to correct location, they will be responsible for all charts and to have all completed to the required operational standards in line with the competency framework.For informal queries, please contact Laura Brodigan, Email -
