What You’ll Be Doing
* Oversee all aspects of a busy Sales operation, ensuring smooth day-to-day running and delivering strong commercial results.
* Motivate, mentor, and develop your team, creating a positive and high-energy culture.
* Set clear goals, track performance, and drive continuous improvement.
* Develop and execute sales plans that hit targets and exceed expectations.
* Lead proactive customer account management, from negotiating contracts to launching exciting new products.
* Spot and seize opportunities for growth, expanding our reach within retail and foodservice.
* Monitor sales trends, competitor activity, and market developments – using insights to stay ahead.
* Champion outstanding customer service, ensuring any issues are swiftly resolved.
* Ensure operational compliance, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
What You’ll Bring:
* Proven experience in leading and motivating sales teams (minimum 5 years).
* Strong track record in field sales within the FMCG sector.
* Commercial acumen with the ability to hit – and exceed – ambitious targets.
* Exceptional organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* A confident communicator with the ability to influence, build relationships, and inspire.
* Full clean driving licence.
