Job Title: Procurement Specialist - Bid Management
As a skilled Procurement Specialist, you will play a key role in managing end-to-end tender processes from pre-qualification through to submission.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing winning bid strategies, identifying clear win themes and differentiators.
* Coordinating inputs from Estimators, Planners, Designers, Quantity Surveyors and Senior Management.
* Drafting, reviewing, and editing technical and commercial bid submissions.
* Ensuring compliance with public-sector procurement guidelines (OGP, ETenders), and industry standards.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years' experience managing bids/tenders in construction or civil engineering environments.
* Proven success with bids valued over €5 million.
* Thorough understanding of public-sector procurement processes (OGP, ETenders, PQQ, ITT, RFT).
