We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Excavator Driver to join our construction team on several high-profile residential and infrastructure projects across County Kildare.Key ResponsibilitiesMachine Operation: Safely operate 360° tracked or wheeled excavatorsExcavation & Grading: Digging trenches for utilities, foundations, and drainage systems according to site blueprints and laser levels.Site Preparation: Clearing debris, loading haul trucks, and leveling surfaces for roads or building pads.Safety Compliance: Strictly follow Health and Safety regulations, including working around underground services and coordinating with a Banksman/Slinger.Collaboration: Work closely with Site Foremen and ground crews to ensure project timelines are met.Requirements & Qualifications :Valid CSCS Card for Excavator operation.Must hold a valid, Safe Pass and manual handling certs.Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience operating excavators on busy construction or civil engineering sites.Preferred SkillsSimilar groundwork experienceLifting Coordinator or Slinger/Signaller certification.Manual Handling certificate.BenefitsCompetitive hourly ratesOpportunities for overtime and weekend work.Long-term local contracts in the Kildare/North Kildare region.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €17.74-€25.76 per hourWork Location: In person
