The Role
As a senior member of the commercial team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business expansion across public and private healthcare providers, particularly within secondary care and community settings. This is a high-impact role with strong visibility across the business, requiring a balance of strategic thinking and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement targeted business development strategies to expand adoption of diagnostic solutions
* Engage with clinical and commercial stakeholders across hospitals, community healthcare services, and private providers
* Collaborate cross-functionally to support key projects, market development initiatives, and territory planning
* Deliver against revenue targets and growth objectives
* Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting of pipeline activity, demand, and expenditures
* Identify opportunities for new market penetration and service alignment
* Represent the business at relevant industry events and meetings, ensuring a strong commercial presence
