Sales Support Specialist - Asset FinanceFully remote - Typically attend head office once a month.The role will be predominantly remote but would ideally suit a candidate based in Donegal, or the North-West of the country.Leading Asset Finance firm.Excellent opportunity to work with strong management team with clear progression pathway to a sales role in the North-West.The CompanyLeading Asset Finance firm.Key ResponsibilitiesThis is a key role supporting the front-line sales team to ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey from initial enquiry through to drawdown.Work closely with the Asset Finance sales team to support deal progression, onboarding and documentation.Handle client queries and provide updates throughout the application process.Maintain and update CRM systems and ensure compliance with internal processes.Support preparation of proposals, agreements and documentation packs.Key Skills Required1–2 years' experience in a sales support, client services or administration role (ideally within financial services, lending, or leasing).Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.A proactive communicator who enjoys working as part of a team.Comfortable working remotely with a high level of autonomy.Experience in asset finance or leasing would be an advantage, but not essential.*Please note that applicants must be based in Ireland full-time and with full working rights.
