Job Description
As a senior construction project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of high-profile commercial projects. This involves managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
You will develop and update the construction programme with the contracts manager to meet key milestones. Additionally, you will serve as the technical lead with the ability to coach and mentor the project team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* A degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field is essential.
* Over 5 years of experience managing complex commercial construction projects including new builds and fit-outs is necessary.
* The candidate must have proven experience in design and build projects, along with strong technical skills numeracy report writing abilities.
