Service Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated leader to manage the day-to-day delivery of services and provide strategic direction for service development in line with Personal Outcomes Measures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate the delivery of services
* Develop and implement strategies for service improvement
* Familiarity with relevant childcare regulations
* Ensure the overall wellbeing of children
* Effective communication with families, colleagues and multidisciplinary teams
Requirements:
Candidates must have a relevant qualification in Social Care or Health Sector, experience working with children with Intellectual Disabilities, and excellent communication skills. The ability to exercise good judgement, discretion, confidentiality and creativity is essential.
Working Conditions:
The role is part-time, based on a 5-day duty roster. Annual leave is granted pro-rata per annum, with additional leave after 5- and 10-years' service respectively.
