Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Temporary EMEIA Accounts Payable Specialist.
Main Responsibilities:
* Process high volumes of invoices and manage their induction and processing.
* Drive continuous process improvements within our OCR program, including reporting, query management, and metric tracking.
* Develop and facilitate global business review forums with various stakeholders.
* Provide necessary financial data, metrics, and reports to internal customers and business partners.
* Ensure policy and compliance across all processes.
Candidate Requirements:
* A leaving certificate examination with passes in Mathematics and Accounting or Business Studies is required.
* A qualified accounting technician or similar qualification is also required.
* Previous experience working in a high-volume accounts payable department is essential.
* Familiarity with posting journals through both the AP Ledger and the General Ledger is necessary.
* Experience with SAP systems is critical for this role.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills are required for success.
