Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Operations Manager. This is a part-time position (20 hours/week) with the opportunity to work remotely from Ireland. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in operations, community management, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the end-to-end member journey, including onboarding, events, ongoing engagement, renewals, and referrals. They will ensure every touchpoint is clear, timely, premium, and consistent.
* Maintain a weekly operating rhythm to ensure execution happens seamlessly
* Create clear handoffs between team members
* Turn insights into action through targeted outreach and re-engagement
