Project Coordination Specialist
The primary objective of this role is to oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring seamless coordination between all stakeholders. This involves managing contractual agreements, pre-construction activities, design procurement, and construction functions.
* Develop comprehensive project programs and method statements.
* Ensure timely submission of contract documents.
* Maintain accurate records of project resources and scope.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 5 years of experience with expertise in Design & Build contracts, NEC3, BREEAM, LEED, CSCS, SMSTS, CDM/PSCS Awareness, Root Cause Analysis, S5 & Q10.
* Excellent communication, reporting, computer, interpersonal, and performance management skills.
Additional Skills:
* BREEAM certification.
* LEED AP certification.
