Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Directors to oversee and supervise the installation of building systems, ensuring high standards of work.
Specify and establish maintenance and operating procedures for building systems.
Manage and forecast project spend to ensure work stays within budget.
Work with detailed diagrams, plans, and drawings, and use CAD software to design systems.
Liaise with other professionals, such as structural engineers, builders, surveyors, and in-house project teams.
Attend project and technical meetings to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure that all design and maintenance work complies with legislative requirements and health and safety standards.
Qualifications
A relevant degree in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering.
2-3 years of experience working in a related industry.
Previous experience in the HVAC or construction industry is highly desirable.
Capable of converting written and verbal instructions into accurate 2D/3D drawings.
Highly accurate and detail-oriented, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Able to work effectively as part of a team, while also being capable of using their own initiative.
A strong problem solver, with the ability to generate practical solutions to complex challenges.
