My client, a leading professional services company is on the lookout for a Senior IAM Engineer on an initial 6 month contract with view for extension.
Responsibilities
Join the Supervisory Workbench team as a Senior IAM Engineer to lead the implementation, configuration, and management of Keycloak and broader Identity & Access Management solutions.
Update, deploy, and manage Keycloak on Azure Cloud, including multi-realm setups and Policy-Based Access Control (PBAC).
Design and implement secure Single Sign-On (SSO), identity federation, and Keycloak Authorisation Services integrated with the core platform.
Support over 900 internal users by delivering robust, scalable, and maintainable IAM solutions.
Provide technical leadership and best practice guidance on IAM standards across cross-functional teams.
Work within a continuous delivery / agile environment with an immediate start and contract running at least until end of 2026.
Qualifications
7+ years of relevant IAM experience with strong, hands‑on Keycloak expertise (including hybrid cloud deployments).
Deep knowledge of core IAM protocols and concepts: OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), JWT, On-Behalf-Of (OBO), Token Exchange, and Fine-Grained Authorisation.
Proven experience configuring and managing Keycloak realms, clients, users, and authorisation policies.
Solid experience working in agile or continuous delivery environments.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to provide technical leadership to cross‑functional teams.
(Nice-to-Have) Good working knowledge of Azure Cloud services and IAM security/compliance best practices.
