This is a strategic, high-impact role at the core of marketing decision-making and revenue growth. As a senior member of the analytics function, you will go beyond reporting to shape how marketing investments are planned, measured, and optimized across the entire funnel. You will work closely with marketing and revenue teams to design attribution models, evaluate performance, and uncover actionable insights that drive global growth. The role offers exposure to advanced data ecosystems, modern analytics tools, and AI-driven workflows. Accountabilities:
Lead the design and optimization of advanced attribution models to measure marketing impact across all top-of-funnel and revenue-generating channels
Build and maintain analytics frameworks for non-paid channels, including organic growth, brand awareness, and share of voice
Drive marketing planning and forecasting processes by providing data-backed recommendations for budget allocation and investment strategies
Develop and manage predictive models such as customer lifetime value (LTV) to inform acquisition and retention strategies
Analyze the full marketing and sales funnel to identify inefficiencies, opportunities, and areas for growth optimization
Ensure data integrity and governance across marketing systems, acting as a key partner in maintaining reliable and consistent data sources
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, revenue operations, and leadership teams to translate insights into strategic actions
Mentor and support other analysts by setting standards for analytical excellence and sharing best practices
Requirements:
Extensive experience in marketing analytics within B2B SaaS or high-growth environments
Proven expertise in multi-touch attribution modeling and top-of-funnel performance measurement
Strong understanding of both paid and non-paid marketing channels, including brand and organic growth metrics
Proficiency with modern data and analytics tools such as Snowflake, dbt, and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Sigma)
Experience working with CRM and marketing automation systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders and executives
Familiarity with AI and automation tools in analytics workflows
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
