Reporting to the Site Director you'll take the lead in establishing robust processes, improving operational efficiency, and embedding a performance-driven culture across the business. You'll work cross-functionally at site and with the UK Team to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and deliver measurable results.Position type: Full time, permanentHours: 40 hours per weekShift Pattern: Monday - Friday ResponsibilitiesLead and manage Direct labour and Materials Usage.Collaborate with department heads to identify inefficiencies and implement processes to standardise working practicesIntroduce and embed new systems, technologies, and performance metricsMonitor and report on key KPIs to ensure continuous improvementBuild and lead high-performing teams with a focus on accountability and innovationBuild a culture of agility, responsiveness, and data-driven decision-makingQualificationsProven experience in an operations leadership role, ideally with a focus on transformation or change managementStrong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capabilitiesExperience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projectsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsData-driven mindset with a track record of delivering measurable improvementsComfortable challenging the status quo and driving innovationThis is a rare opportunity to make a significant impact from day one.
