* Site Agent - Munster Region
* Salary: €85,000 + Vehicle

Our client are looking for a Site Agent to oversee on-site teams, which may include Construction Managers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, and subcontractors, taking full responsibility for the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of projects while meeting budget, programme, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee on-site teams, including staff and subcontractors, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely project delivery.
* Manage resources, budgets, schedules, and project progress.
* Supervise and mentor junior technical staff.
* Maintain strong client communication and manage project relationships.
* Review and interpret contract documents; manage scope changes and approvals.
* Ensure compliance with HSQE, legal, and regulatory requirements.
* Coordinate measurement, valuation, and reporting of completed works.
* Promote a strong safety culture on site.
Requirements
* Degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
* Membership of relevant professional institution; Chartered status preferred or in progress.
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Site Agent.
* Full clean EU/Irish driving licence.
* Authorised to work in Ireland
