About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to lead commercial activities for our Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) group. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Contribute to the BESS segment strategy and influence product and system solution definitions and roadmaps.
* Engage customers and ecosystem partners to build world-class relationships.
* Identify pain points that lead to commercial challenges for our customers.
* Investigate, build, and convert new revenue streams and business models.
* Drive revenue, market share, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
You will work closely with sales to drive pipeline growth and maximize Analog Devices content in customers' systems. Additionally, you will plan and execute go-to-market strategies for the business and analyze markets, trends, and dynamics to inform your decisions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Electronics Engineering or equivalent, with at least 8 years of industry experience in an engineering role, including 2+ years in a strategic and/or product marketing role in the semiconductor or energy industry. You should also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to travel for customer and partner meetings.
Experience working in the Energy industry and with Batteries and Energy Storage Systems is highly desirable. A master's degree in business or a related field is also a plus.
