Job Title: Store Leadership Team Member
This is a key role in our retail store operations, where you will assist the Store Manager to ensure effective store performance.

From ensuring efficient store operations and procedures to guiding and developing team members, our Store Leadership Teams drive business results while delivering exceptional customer service.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Provide leadership and direction to store staff, including supervisors and associates.
* Execute and support plans to enhance employee productivity and performance.
* Assist the Store Manager in interviewing, hiring, training, and coaching staff as necessary.
* Coach and direct staff on a day-to-day basis to ensure performance standards are met.
* Maintain optimal inventory levels through effective replenishment, organization, shrink control, and communication.
* Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement action plans to address issues related to sales, goals, safety, training, and personnel development.
What You Need
* No specific education required (High School Diploma or GED preferred).
* 5+ years of experience in a similar role or specialization.
* Ability to operate a Point of Sales system and other in-store computerized systems.
* Effective communication skills to exchange ideas and information with the store leadership team, associates, and consumers.
Job Conditions
