The role
Our client is rapidly growing financial services insititution based in Dublin City Centre. They are seeking a highly motivated Finance Analyst to join a growing renewable energy and infrastructure team. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytically strong finance professional to work across a broad range of transactions within the energy, utilities, infrastructure, and broader real assets sectors. Prior experience within energy or infrastructure is desirable but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain complex financial models and valuation analyses
Conduct financial, commercial, and market analysis
Assist with due diligence processes and transaction documentation
Support risk assessment and mitigation analysis across live transactions and investment opportunities
Analyse financial statements, operating metrics, and opportunities
Coordinate with clients, lenders, investors, advisors, and other stakeholders throughout transaction processes
Monitor sector trends and market developments within infrastructure and energy markets
Requirements
Recently qualified ACA or CFA (or equivalent)
Approximately 3-5 years’ experience within investment banking, corporate finance, transaction services, deal advisory or a commercial finance role
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
Exposure to energy, renewables, utilities, or infrastructure sectors desirable
