Job Title Construction Admin Location: Mullingar Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time Overview: (Must have Construction admin experience) We are seeking a flexible and proactive Administrator to join our Mullingar Head Office team.
This pivotal role ensures the smooth running of the office and provides essential administrative and marketing support across the business, contributing significantly to operational efficiency.
Core Duties: Manage subcontractor compliance documentation (insurance, H&S forms, records).
Handle day-to-day office operations, including general administration, correspondence, call management, and supplies maintenance.
Serve as the internal support contact for Procore software users, coordinating with external IT providers as needed.
Coordinate company events logistics and planning.
Assist in creating social media content and preparing presentations/bid documents.
Maintain the bid library, ensuring all CVs, profiles, and project data sheets are current and accurate.
Requirements: Minimum of two years' experience in an administration or support role.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience creating business-related social media content.
Excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, show initiative, and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
