Robert Walters are working exclusively with a rapidly scaling FMCG company with a multinational presence. They are looking to hire a newly created Finance Business Partner role. Salary range in the €80,000 - €85,000 DOE plus benefits and bonus. Flexible hybrid working with two days office required in office. As this is a newly created role it is essential that you have Commercial Finance experience within FMCG so you can hit the ground running in this role.
Key responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner
Provide insight to Finance Leadership to support the creation of the overall business plan.
Support with the build of dynamic financial models for the annual budget and continued forecast process.
Support with annual budget and forecast presentations and workbooks.
Manage the strategic development review process by tracking KPIs and working with other departments to update and provide additional data to support the review.
Contribute to process excellence by identifying improvement opportunities to make the process leaner and effective.
Proactively highlight/escalate any issues or challenges foreseen.
Support with key projects including annual price increases, automation of reporting and long-term planning.
Key requirements of the Finance Business Partner
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
Professional accountancy qualification (i.e. ACCA, CPA, CIMA or ACA).
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Excellent business analysis skills and proficiency with analytical tools.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Strong relationship building skills.
